Sonal and Sunjay are these two lovely lead characters of this cute love story where sonali hails from Nagpur, Maharashtra while Sunjay belongs from steel city - Bokaro, Jharkhand state. She is a very beautiful girl and not the less is Sanjay. He is equally handsome to match her. Considering their background, she is from a financially strong family while he is from financially weak family. They both studied from same technical institute. It is interesting to note that Sanjay is three years senior to Sonal and they met each other when Sonal was in her first year of engineering.
How did they meet and what cause do do an MBA from IIM and who did it? wait wait wait. I know these questions are intriguing in your mind and I will answer each one of them but desultorily.
Sonal and Sanjay had a mutual friend Amit, who was Sanjay's flat - mate and a good friend of Sonal. One day it happened that Sonal went to grossaries shop with them, due to her some dependent work on Amit. That was the day when Sonal got first introduction of Sanjay and vice-versa. However, none of them initiated any talk but Sonal noticed Sanjay looking cute.
Coincidentally along with favored by destiny, they happened to meet again with each other. One such occasion was that when Sonal had to get her hard-disk formatted and she needed Amit's help in doing that. Nevertheless, Amit being little work avoid-er, he directed Sonal to Sanjay, saying that Sanjay likes doing such work. She was surprised knowing the fact although being from electronics and communication engineer, he knows all this sort of work. There came this auspicious occasion that initiated the very first speech among them.
Not much to expectation of a wish guess, Sanjay proposed Sonal with 30-45 days from their first meet in a grossaries shop. Ofcourse, without wait she accepted the proposal, she found him a perfect marring material however, she had no mind set of marring the same person in future at that point of time.
Later time passed on that Sanjay joined an IT company after graduation and Sonali was still in midst of her engineering. His job was not a grand salary paying. A huge financial difference between two families was always disturbing him. In the midst, a proposal for marriage came for her at home. This news made sanjay insecure. He started thinking why would her father give her hand to him. He belongs from a middle class family, however, she is a princess of her dad. Internally he was seeking a good and efficient way to match up to her family status. He took an immediate decision to do MBA from an IIM. Why IIM only? This was because he knew doing MBA from a reputed institutes like IIT or IIM could only fetch him highly package salary. This was an only shortcut to become rich within a year. However, getting into an IIM is not a cake walk for anyone.
He knew that very well but a fear to loose her never kept him back from putting all efforts that were required for an average student to score 98.3 percentile in CAT exam. Yes, he did it. He got into IIM Ranchi.
It has been four years now, he is done with MBA, and he is at managerial post in a US based IT company with a current package of 15 LPA.
This sweet and short love story tells many universal facts that I would like to re-iterate here. Firstly, it says a journey of an average student to an MBA graduate from an IIM is possible provided a proportionate amount of hardwork and determination is inputted. Secondly, inspiration and aspiration makes a person to climb any peak without any pinch of failure. It also highlights well said proverb- there is a woman behind every successful man. I must agree to the fact. :)
